During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing the purchase. Any additional charges such as COD fees will be mentioned during checkout.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please report it to us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear photos or an unboxing video.
Issues reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, MESWA NATURALS will not be responsible for delivery failure or additional shipping costs.
